Yes — you can cancel any time before your order has been dispatched. Call us at +1 (405) 748-6983 (fastest option) or email us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and follows our standard return process instead.
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, chosen based on the size and weight of your order. Smaller items usually go via USPS or UPS; larger or bulkier items (like fencing or water butts) may ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier.
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $7.99. Oversized or heavy items may include an additional surcharge, which is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Not currently. We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only — we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
