Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Yes — you can cancel any time before your order has been dispatched. Call us at +1 (405) 748-6983 (fastest option) or email us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and follows our standard return process instead.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, chosen based on the size and weight of your order. Smaller items usually go via USPS or UPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $7.99.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Not currently. We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only — we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
